Mock up of how the social media content will be like to convey the message of building inclusiveness within the migrant community as youths

Through the learning journey, I came away with three main takeaways: respect, empathy, appreciation.

The respect I have for migrant workers has grown significantly since I now have a better understanding of the struggles and discrimination they face. Their determination to work hard for themselves and their families is something I can only aspire to have in future.

As a result of the knowledge gleaned from the learning journey, the project I later produced with my team was an integrated marketing campaign. We produced videos and visual communicative pieces to present the complex challenges faced by workers. With our choice of medium, we hoped to expand our reach and increase engagement with young people on this subject.
