COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
We focused our efforts on partnering Town Councils across Singapore to appreciate the estate cleaners in our neighbourhoods and promote social integration within communities. Through this, we walk closer to our vision of building a more inclusive and kind society.
COLLABORATION WITH
PASIR RIS-PUNGGOL TOWN COUNCIL
In collaboration with Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council (PRPG-TC), we held two events within the community to facilitate conversations between the residents, local and migrant estate cleaners. We also engaged our partner NGO, SG Accident Help Centre, to provide TCM treatment for the estate cleaners to relieve any pain or discomfort.
SHORT FILM - A DAY WITH ESTATE CLEANERS (COLLABORATION WITH
PASIR RIS-PUNGGOL TOWN COUNCIL)
Our team sat down with three estate cleaners and one resident from Pasir Ris and Punggol to document their daily tasks and lives in hopes to encourage compassion and kindness among residents in the estates.
This collaboration was featured on PRPG-TC’s socials and at all HDB estate lift lobbies across Pasir Ris and Punggol.
COLLABORATION WITH
NEE SOON TOWN COUNCIL
We participated in the Cleaners’ Appreciation Bazaar organised by Nee Soon Town Council for their migrant estate cleaners. Our team provided a complimentary interactive photo booth with live photo printout services and hair cutting services.
COLLABORATION WITH
TAMPINES TOWN COUNCIL (WEST & CENTRAL)
In collaboration with Tampines Town Council and the respective MPs, Mr Masagos, Mr Koh Poh Koon and Ms Cheng Li Hui, we organised a series of appreciation events for the estate cleaners in the different precincts.
At Tampines West and Central, we hosted a dinner with games and complimentary haircut services. And over at Tampines Hub, it was a fun night of bowling and dinner!
